I got my first snake today 
He's an 18m Royal male I've named Oscar.
I'm in love with him already. I did a lot of research on here and in specialist store and handled several different snakes species to get a feel for what suited me best. I def made right choice!! |

I'm in love with him already. Can't stop watching him. He was handled for a while (folk think I'm daft when I say we had a cuddle) then went in his viv, had a mooch about, basked under heat lamp, snooze in his hide and spent last 2 hours submerged in his water bowl. I guess he's happy?
Think he's due to shed so ill leave him be and let him settle. Gonna be hard cos I just wanna pick him up hehe
