Welcome to the forum.
Snakes are like all living things and they can vary quite a lot in size so it can be difficult, if not impossible, to give an exact age.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you've heard about Royals being fussy eaters at times. This might be one of those times. Has anything changed in his set-up or environment in the last few weeks that might have triggered this lack of eating?

Three weeks is no problem, specially at this time of year - and welcome to the forum!
