hi i got my baby royal on the 30th of april my second snake had a grey banded king snake which died last month so wanted a python shes a bit shy and seems to strike at times but im sure she will calm down as its all new to her so only time will tell |

welcome to the forum an congrats on the new royal.
put a sock/cloth in you pocket for a few hours then place it in the viv/rub/faun, it helps them get used to your scent an worked really well with my grumpy/feisty rat snake when i got him |
