Think i might have found what it is, a blue white lipped tree viper can't find a pic of full body of blue one to show tale but plenty of the green ones I'll get both up |

Its hard to say for sure as the one you posted is taken from beneath and its extended. Pretty sure thats what it is..can't be many blue snakes with a red tail :)
They can be electic blue., but lost the link. |
