OK, so not a reptile, but I thought peoples might be interested to see the Zebedi's that come into my house? They're actually called Zebra Jumping Spiders, and of course they're a species of Jumping Spider.

Now, if your not keen on spiders then you may not like these macro photos, OK? Just a little warning ; )

On the widowsill:

Watching you!

And my personal favourite. Although it's dark 'cause I couldn't use flash and it's a bit grainy from being blown up a bit...

You like, yes? ; )

Just googled it, and they're not - did however find a most incredible tiger spider - Argiope Bruennichi - you'd love it!

Amendment - thought this spider only lived in warmer parts, but it can be found on the South coast of the UK - it's large, yellow and black striped and very beautiful - and, Kelf, there must be some near you ...

They might get called Garden Tigers as a nick-name, I'm not sure.

Glad you like them : )

Ah - this is the spider Bob and I were talking about on his Trixie thread - I thought they were called garden tigers for some reason.

I love these little guys - and the pics are brilliant.
