Posted - 14/01/2012 : 12:18:02 yea it was a very hard decision but was best for him. he was always hand fed like in your video but i had to half squash the crickets for him as he could not chase them |

Posted - 11/01/2012 : 23:18:47 Chris I am sorry to hear that, but he is happy in that photo. You made a heartbreaking decision that was best for him. xx
Hey Laws, I brought him home on the 10th Dec (my birthday:) i'm guessing he was around 5-6 weeks then so now he must be 9 or 10 weeks. I don't think he can be much older than that..
I had him out tonight..he as a little horror lol climbed up on onto my shoulder, ran down my arm and all over me. After he leapt half way down the stairs last week, I keep hold of him, but then he paws at the palm of my hand like a dog scratching the door to be let back inside. |

Posted - 11/01/2012 : 22:45:59 thats alright. i was given a beardie that had severe MBD, spent loads at the vet an buying equpiment trying to improve his health but eventually after being treated for worms he just stopped eating so made the decision to have him put to sleep so he would not suffer any more. his front legs were almost fused at the wrist an he could not walk properly. while i had him i got a baby beardie but after a while they both stopped eating after they had noticed each other so reginald went to a new home so i could concentrate on trying to sort albert. this is him enjoying the sun, you can see his front toes are curled up an he could not support his body very much. despite the MBD he was a happy little fella an always head bobbing when i came in the room
