considering i don't get her out very often she gives me no trouble. i must try and get pics of her at night as she goes a lot lighter in colour.
every snake has different markings so there is still a chance he is a sonoran. have you thought about putting a pic of him on the dark side and asking what people think. there is a few people on there who keep different locality boas, they might be able to shed some light on to it.
either way your going to end up with a cuddly boa no matter what size he gets |

Worries me slightly lol Grace has zigzags on her tail, Fea has dark bands..
oh well, even if he grew to 11 feet (Which i'm hoping he won't lol) I'd never part with him :) |

lol Kelf, yeah I saw that photo..arms length? It was your arm is took hold of lmao and it looked darned painful..its not funny and i'm not really laffin..honest :)
Blackskull that sounds like fine idea, hope Grace takes them, tho I bet she does. My longtem plan is to keep Fea on Jumbos until Sept. then go straight on either Weaners or Small rats..depending on his girth at the time.
Tho I havn't had Fea sexed so he could be a she lol |

Pandora used to get cuddled but she's on a cuddle-ban at the moment for biting me the other week lol until she gets her feeding sorted out again she's stuck at a arms length handling session. XD |

grace is on mice large mice at the moment but i just bought a bag of rat fluffs for her, slightly bigger than the mice so she will be going on to them soon. got a few mice left but might try her on the rats on wednesday. if she takes them then i will give the mice to the carpet |

Thanks Ajo :) He loves just snuggling like that for hours or until I want a coffee then he snuggles on hubby instead lol |

Furby is usually quiet except when he has his sights on going somewhere lol like on top of the fridge..he had to stay there a few hrs til hubby got home..only a 2" gap, I caught him mid body on his way, but i'll be damned if I could pull him back.
Normally when I take him out, he finds a comfy spot on me or Steve, snuggles in like in that pic and rests his chin, but always he likes to have his head out so he can watch everything :)
Its Slinky who tends to be the active one lol
I'd love to hear about yourt Boa :) Furby is about 8mths old now..maybe slightly less, but he's growing fast..and still on large mice although just 6 left them on to Jumbos..Sept start on rats.

from the your pic he does look bigger than mine. i was told by the breeder that sonorans are slow growers.if i get a chance later i will weigh her and post it on here later. she is 10 months old.
grace is fast too, it takes a bit of time to adjust to her when i get her out after a royal. i think she has a bit of royal in her as she spends most of the time hiding in her viv until we go to bed, its rare we see her roaming around. the royals are more active in their vivs than she is lol |

Arg I hope you are kidding blackskull! So Fea could be a normal common boa..oops lol
He is incredibly fast when he wants to be, I keep my staffie in his cage when I have snakes out, but last week panic staions..Katana had him and she let him get within reach of the cage bars..in seconds he haad coiled hie head and neck around a bar with the dog inside. I rushed over and cupped my hand around his head, a thawed mouse just inches away..Bertie was nosing and pushing hard but I yelled to put the dog ouside quick. If he was gonna bite me, he would have that day :) |
