He is surprisingly settled, when I pick him up I usually just scoop him up using both hands, and he's quite happy curling up in the palm of my hand or the crook of an arm after he had a little foraging, exploring

The other thing is he rarely uses his hide, he prefers to stretch out on his aspen, often tight against the water dish in the cool side, or up against his hide at the warm end.

He's had two mice with us now, so all 'touch wood' is great lol

I have to take him out while Kit is either in bed, or at school cos she doen't know he's in the house lol..birthday present.
He's the only one that will 'mouse walk' from my hand to hubby's and back again :)

They are fascinating :) and Chuck is a little cutie. lol just realised I posted in the photo thread, so i'll snap a pic of him later and post it here.

sounds like hes settled in well.
chuck sometimes lays out against the side of his rub an tends to ignore the half bog roll hides, most of the time hes hidden under the aspen
