So today my sister, brother-in-law and nephews are leaving the UK and moving to live in Australia! Their flight leaves at 10pm but unfortunately I had to work (Because my boss is a *Censored*)

Got looking at prices of flights and such and found it's going to cost a bomb just for the flights over to Australia, didn't think it'd be worth it!

But then thought... Hey, great opportunity to go herping in another country! And one of the best countries at that to go Herping in! Not to mention seeing the Exotics shops out there as their import/export laws forbid animals crossing the border they have completely different species and morphs out there. Will be very interesting!

So looks like at some point next year I might save up the £800 to go do an extended herping holiday!

Any of you guys have any family in foreign countries good for herping, would you like to go anywhere specific to look for anything specific?

Would love to go out and see some native woma/carpet pythons :D

Haha now I think this could be a very good idea, a Kelfezond wax off. Divide him into 10cm squares, then people buy the said square which will be priced according to location, all proceeds to a charity. We've already heard him scream (see frog video) so its not that embarrassing.

Broke scissors Kelf?..Worry not, come here, lay down and be quiet while I prepare the wax lmao

I wouldn't worry about the heat its that old saying, its a different kind of heat. I was in the Egyptian desert for 2 weeks and it never dropped below 31oC at night but it was dry heat, really dry, so you dont feel all clammy and yuk you just have to drink loads and loads but you wont know you are sweating as it evaporates so quickly. I find heat at home awful, this country just is not built for heat but abroad it can be as hot as it likes and you get by.

Funny you should say that I actually found a spider in my beard last week, it was quite disturbing... Only a little one but I whipped out the beard comb pretty damn quickly after removing the spider!

And honestly I cannot remember but I think it was near Brisbane :/
carlb1981 Posted - 07/08/2012 : 19:39:19
Yeah you wouldn't want any nasty spideys nesting in there when your sleeping lol which part of oz is it
Kelfezond Posted - 07/08/2012 : 19:37:37
It's not that I don't want to it's just impossible, a barber tried once and my beard broke his scissors
jonnyc1988 Posted - 07/08/2012 : 19:30:54
