hi guys

i have got a problem. So right i got the temperature right in the rub but because he is mostly on the branch i dont think he getting the heat every time i touch he is freezing but i have checked the mat stat probe and the thermometer probe they are both positions under the substrate on the mat any ideas

Thanks Janie when i higher temp up he goes in the hide and when lower it hes on the branch

Hiya,

Carpets are awkward little sods, our Pip is lol
He has branch which he sometimes curls up on, but usually found in his warm hide, or lays out in the open on his mat, which is beneath the faun.
Your guy must be satisfied else he'd never leave the heat.
