Hi what age can you put a female into a viv , just asking as she is so active I think she would like more room, she weighs 31g.feeds regulary, ever 4-5 days.

just the ceramic will be fine no need to use 2 heat sources.
i would also block up the uv wire hole's that the viv exotic viv's have just incase she gets near them.
i would leave the uv light turned off or take it out just incase she gets near it as dont want her getting burnt or breaking the bulb |

Hi the guard on the ceramic got very small holes which she wont be able to get through, but I am using a compact uv light in the viv, the guard on that got big square holes that she could get in, its a vx vivexotic viv which is quite high so long as I dont put anything for her to climb next to the light she wont be able to reach it.
HEATING
Should I just use the ceramic set at 33 or should I use a heat mat aswell, only asking as I have read different things, I was just going to use the ceramic but thought I would check.

a hoggy that size is very likely to get inside a guard if one with the square hole's |

Hi it would be a 3ft vx viv, with a 150 watt ceramic (GUARDED). at the moment her faun is inside the viv on a heat mat.stated. |

depends what sized viv you mean, could go in a 2ft anytime just have loads of cover, you could also try it in a 3ft again loads of cover but if you are going for a 3ft have a backup ready just incase she doesnt take to it. |
