After much debating I have bought my first lizard today. A beautiful crested gecko. His name is jasper and he is so cool!!! Pictures soon |

Yep, he just sits on the end of my finger!! Probably eats his own weight in banana in this video lol. Trying to keep stuff like this as a rare treat. especially the banana, think its a calcium inhibitor. Its so hard when its so much fun feeding him though!!
Still having big debates what diet to keep him on. I like the idea of a natural diet of fruit and crickets, but so many say you should just feed them meal replacement powder. I know it has all the nutrients perfectly balanced, but apparently they dont grow as fast (cant be natural!!)

He is ridiculously tame for one so young!! He likes to climb my arm when im holding him, or if you hold your other hand out he will jump for it. But he will also happily sit still in my hand.

Hes so great. Love it when he does his little jumps. He lines up his little feet first then just pounces. |
