Posted - 16/02/2013 : 23:45:41 someone recommended it , but i have my reserves about it simply as i drop feed all of mine and arent sure about them feeding on it , whereas i kno with newspaper or kitchen roll is safe for them |

Posted - 16/02/2013 : 22:19:22 I have my breeders on newspaper , the youngster on kitchen roll , but i have picked up some lynocel stuff which is like aspen but less sharp , i plan to try my youngsters on it , but not the adults |

There are lots of differing opinions on when to feed hognoses, altho they have a fast metabolism and young hogs can feed every 3 days , when they move up to hoppers and the likes , every five days gives them a break from constantly digesting . I found that they can refuse when offered sooner |
