As any owner for a second hand snake (in a way) knows. That when you get a reptile of any kind and you improves its health in some sort of way. It's gives you that upmost feeling and sensation to know your doing good.

I got my boa beginning of January. And since then he has shed twice. Not including the shed he'd just finished when I picked him up. But he was so rough, not well kept, and looked old and tired. He has no managed to produce an amazing shed on his own and in a near off one piece.

Other than a small bit on his chin, he let me remove.

He's also got a huge apatite of a medium rat a week. As a weight gain. And hasn't refused feeding yet. He's calm and tame and a really friendly chap.

After he shed he came out and wrapped around me for big cuddles lol

It is amazing rescuing an animal. I rescued my female corn snake ruby she was in a right state had a broken back and was underweight but with frequent vet visits for pain relief and clean water everyday to re hydrate her she is now fully recovered and when she took her first mouse after 7 months it was amazing I was like a proud father lol

That's great news. I agree with you about the satisfaction of seeing a rescued animal improving.
