i just slice it up into small bit's then give it to him.
if youve not seen this here's a great list of food's you can give beardie's an it tell's you how often you can feed each thing ect

same as carlb1981, mine also like some grated or chopped beetroot & sometimes cabbage.
Have you tried the little fruit reptile jellies? mine likes those too.

I tear the leafy salad into small bits and grate butternut squash or occasionally carrot to mix with the leaves or chop peppers into small cubes and mix those in
