Posted - 10/12/2013 : 04:26:53 I came in from work late agian tonight (around 3:30) and caught this little monster staring out at me just chilling on her branch :)
Also got her out and weighed and she is 121 grams im sure she wont stay this size for long and will soon need to be weighed on bathroom scales lol also she has realy calmed right down with being handled and lifted out of her viv with no fuss what so ever im realy happy with her :) also she has been named Nagini i know shes not a burm but the misses is a huge Harry Potter fan and its kinda fitting as 2 of my male royals are called Snape and Voldemort lol all the snakes my misses has baught me i said she could name them just to be fare lol |

Posted - 07/12/2013 : 07:15:12 my boa didnt use his hide for the first few days after i brought him home. he now never leaves the bloody thing. wont even come out to eat. we have to shove the rat half under his hide and leave him to it. BORING BORIS we call him! Im sure yours wont be the same though lol ;) |

Posted - 07/12/2013 : 05:04:46 very nice derek got to love baby boa's
yes it's normal for them to not bother using their hide's as their not as bothered by being out in the open a bit, you may find she uses a hide while digesting her dinner though |

Posted - 06/12/2013 : 22:29:31 Well had to get the little girl out as she had a poo allready :) and she apeared to be alot calmer this time no snapping or hissing or asuming strike position :) anyway as promised here are a few pics of her :)
I realyam chuffed to bits with her also have a question as to her not using a hide i have given her a hide in the warm end and a hide in the cool end so far she has not mbeen in any just lays infront of her hot hide so is this normal for boa's not to use hides ? im used to royals and corns and they all use there hides all the time :) |
