Posted - 07/06/2012 : 20:30:51 Ok so I get home from work today and Betty the boa has wee'd in her bath and she is still sat in it. I normally drain it with a fish tank cleaner suck on one end whislt the other end is under the water, always results in a mouthful of salt water, no way am I going to risk getting a mouthful of snake wee. So I managed to get her out put her straight onto a towel I had to wash her as she stunk, was fun pretty difficult trying to wash an 8ft boa when she does not want to be washed, rinsed the bath out, put her back all good as new. Joys of snake keeping . |

Posted - 07/06/2012 : 23:40:27 Oh I dont mind Boa poo, its easy cleaned. I feel very sorry for anyone with a 'proper' Boa as my Hogg when she wees you can actually see tide lines and it absolutely stinks. I have to wash Sanke when she wees but fotr her to sit and stew in it I'd have got the bleach and bog brush out. |
