Is this normal behaviour for a hoggie?

Earlier today I went up to peek in at Henry, to find him roaming his faun, climbing the walls non stop. Then when he saw me, he went into turbo boost.

He shouldn't have been out today a fed yesterday, but as soon as I gently lifted him he calmed down instantly, curled up on my sleeve and dozed for a few mins before I put him back.

Hal shouldn't be either he is only 12 grams. I made his hides out of pill boxes.

Lol hatchies just need attention and they are happy, lol. My Housie is a tub wrecker as well, I just switched to megazorb substrate and he has destroyed his box, both hides upside down, foliage turfed, more substrate in the water bowl than anywhere else. Sat in the middle looking up at me like, 'what happened in here'.

I know, but the pet shop who were selling said he was bitey..and wouldn't let me hold him. He's just a baby that wants attention lol

lol yeah he did that too, and he never hides..sometimes in his toilet roll, peeking out, but usually stretched out against the side, or tightly between his water dish and the faun side.

They are definately characters lol

Oh yes no need to worry

Ours trash the rubs as well
Moving all the substrate so there's a bare bottom
