What can be used to seal a viv i was going to use aquarium sealant but i can only find that in small tubes in my local shops can normal silicone sealant be used that i can get from a diy store?

i use normal clear silicone to seal my viv's.
put a bead round the edge then dip your finger in some water and run it round the egde to make i nice seal then let it dry till the fumes have gone
