Collected my new rack in the week and managed to have a day in the snake room, setting it up as well as moving the bredls into her viv and generally giving everything a good tidy
The rack looks so much better than my homemade POS plus, as it's lidless, changing water bowls and spot cleaning are so much easier. I purposely over order on the RUB spaces to give me a good excuse to add to the collection later

Posted - 05/07/2014 : 23:33:29 Currently the rack is running 4 35"×11" 28watt heat mats, 1 long mat per level. All running off 1 lucky reptile thermo control pro2 digital stat. I wouldn't like to run more than 5 mats off the one so if I expand any further I'll run a second stat.
All the viv have their own stat, as does the little incubator box |

Posted - 05/07/2014 : 21:29:02 That looks really something. Tell me, do you use a different stat on each RUB or does the one stat do all rubs provided the heating source is the same wattage? |
