righto, gonna get routing tomorrow for my rack, just wondering what thickness of routed channel i need to fit the cable? looks like about a cm but wouldnt want to do it all then find its not wide/deep enough once the cable turns up!
what thickness and depth did you rack builders out there go to?

your best bet would be to wait until you have the cable until you route the channels then do it first on a scrap piece of timber, if its a cm i would suggest doing the grove a couple of mm wider on each side and a couple of mm deeper to allow for the reflective tape
