A bit of DIY broke out over the weekend ready for the new arivials later this week. It's a basic frame that can take any size tubs from 12-50L running off a heatstrip that can be slid forward or back, depending on the tub size. I've got it set up on a B2 pulse stat and a Lucky Reptile thermo/hydro combo monitor

Gonna let the setup settle in and make any adjustment as required

Thanks for looking

Mat

Quick update

11"x35" mat installed and all is well. Temps holding at 90-93c hot end and 80-82 cool end without any input from the ceramic.

I've knocked up a fogger for the CRB this week as well, but that's for another thread

I've woken up to this today

Much happier

Thanks all for the inputs, when I go up to the 50L rubs I'll be closing the back off and doubling up on the heatmat size. That should cure it

Tepms have settled at 90-91c with 77% humidity. I'm expecting that to drop as the aspen dries a little over night, fingers crossed.

Not sure how I'm gonna get around when it comes time to get the 50L rubs, as they're an exact fit. Bigger heat mat maybe?

I built my own rack system and haven`t had any probs with temps, however i do have the back completely sealed off with its own panel of wood and the tubs fit in nice and tight.

you may want to enclose the back, this may help stop the heat escaping out the back
