Household humidity is ok for royals, just up it by spraying once a day (preferably morning) to up the humidity when you notice the animal going into shed. Keep that up until the snake sheds then reduce the spraying to a minimum (twice a week maybe)

This has seen all mine shed perfectly, every time

Remember that a soaking wet, warm viv will be a breeding ground for bacteria. Not good!

you want to up the hot end ground temp to 31 or 32c.
i dont measure the humidity for my royals i have the water bowls in the middle an just spray twice a day an have a damp flannel on the hot hide when shedding.
normal household humidity is around 50-60% an fine for royals
