Posted - 23/08/2012 : 17:23:59 As some of you will know, Monty has not eaten since last November. Well, now he has
I have just managed to assist him with a mouse fluff (I know it's tiny, but he has consitantly spat everything back out). I soaked it in chicken stock, offered it but he wasn't interested (no surprise) so I then assisted and left him in a dark RUB for 20 mins. Took the lid off fully expecting him to have regurged it (again) but he hasn't.
I am sooooo happy
A tiny feed I know but baby steps towards getting him eating properly. I'm going to try him on a small mouse next week and build him up from there.
Fingers crossed! |
