Posted - 30/08/2012 : 08:27:17 We kept our royal on mice for the nutrition for the first ten months then moved him onto rats for their size after that. He moved over quite happily, greedy little pig. |

Also I have read n many places about many snakes that the swap between mouse to rats can be difficult as blackskull says above |

Posted - 29/08/2012 : 22:07:47 personally i feed mine rats as there is a chance they will become addicted to mice and will need feeding multiple mice when they are bigger instead of one rat of the correct size
when i bough sully he was a mouser and it took me a long time to get him on rats |
