The other side of the coin, I have two adult (pair) royals. They have lived together for over 7 years now.

Im sure I read somewhere that males can die if they er, over indulge!

The general consensus would be sooner, rather than later

Males will keep trying to mate and will burn out
He might not feed due to Beening in breeding mode all the time.
Also
Males can breed alot sooner than females and if you get a male breeding with a 800-1000 gram female
She may become egg bound and that's not good

End of the day it's only my opinion and
It's up to you to make the final decision
Im not having a go thats the last thing i want to come across
Just saying what might happen
And why it's prob best to have them in diffrent setups
If there hatchling now there's not problem keeping them together for now

what do you mean burn out??

what size will they have to be seperated??
Evolution Morphs Posted - 07/09/2012 : 20:18:33
Not when they are adults
As the male with burn out
Because he wants sexy time all the time
