Those of you with racks, do you use hides for larger subadults?

Mine have all got two... Depends on the size of the rub/snake I guess.

I do, just one though cause thats all that fits, but then they sit on top of it if it gets too warm inside

Depends on the snake, they are all different.
Some of my bigger Royals still have hides as they are more nervous and like to hide.
Others are more confident and perfectly happy without. I have one little snake a few months old who never used hers so I took it out and she's very happy.
