Monty is now about 2 years old and about 980g my issue I have is he will only eat small prey! He will eat small rats around 50 -60g all day long but offer him something around 90=100g and he isn't interested at all! obviously he should be wolfing down rats around the 100g mark but he isn't interested! any thoughts people

Don't worry, at least he eats.

Just keep feeding he as you are.
