My first shed went well. All skin is off except for the tiniest bit right at the tip of the tail. I'm talking about 1-2 mm of skin. I heard that is important that the tip sheds otherwise the tail dies, but is this mm of skin too Small to do damage or is it likely to harm the snake? Do I need to get it removed?

Does anyone have any advice? I know you do...

Thanks for the advice. I tried a damp cloth but she kept flicking her tail away.

I'll try again, but it's good to know that a mm shouldn't cause any trouble.

Wet your fingers then lightly pinch the tail between thumb and index and pull down it should come off with the water :-)

But honestly 1 or 2 mm won't hurt
