Looking for some advice, was thinking of trying to build my own snake rack , have seen people use the pax wardrobe from ikea here's my problem I am absolutely the worst person in the world at DIY so I was looking at easier ways of building one and have seen a shelving unit at b&q and looking for some advice if this would be ok it's a keter ventilated plastic shelving unit , would this be fine or is it a bad idea any advice would be a great help thanks.

Out of interest hodgie, do you use heat cable or mats? Looking at possibly building a rack myself.

Thanks hodgie for the info but a did have a go a making one from mdf but it was a total disaster and I had to scrap the lot :( so I was looking for an idiot proof version that even I couldn't mess up lol

You could build one from MDF. Go to B&Q with the sizes and they will cut it for you. buy some wood screws and jobs done.
Let me know if you want the measurements, its really not that hard.
