Posted - 06/07/2009 : 23:24:40 A guideline is: length + width of viv = max length of snake. So if the viv is 1.5' x 1' the snake is ok up to 2.5'
So when the snake can go along the length and down the side its probably time to move up a size. |

Posted - 06/07/2009 : 23:15:01 not sure the exact sizes to be honest. i got the viv off a mate. i just don't want to whack the little bugger into a bigger viv until she's ready. i guess i'll know when she's out grown this one as she won't be able to move around too much and not get into her hides properly eh. |

Probably when she outgrows that one. |

Posted - 06/07/2009 : 22:24:58 I would say 3 or 4' before going into a 4' viv.
A 3' viv is plenty for all but the monster Royals. |
