250watt here as well.

Got mine from here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ceramic-Heat-Bulb-as-Pearlco-250W-Vivarium-Reptiles_W0QQitemZ270436136668QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Pet_Supplies_Reptiles_Spiders_Insects?hash=item3ef73ff6dc&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14

Not seen them that cheap anywhere else.

Also the 250 will work at a lower % of its maximum than the 150 and hence should last longer.

I have 250w in my 3x2x2 cos they are the same price as 150w, aslong as it is stated you cant really have one that is too big...

I've got 250 watt ceramics in mine as I struggled to get the temps right with a 150. If you struggle to find a big enough guard for them then Reptiles-Inc does them & they're quality, just send him a pm on the dark side.

i would say at least 150w. i think 100w is usually recommended for 3x1x1. i don't use ceramic but i am sure some one who does we answer you soon.
