How long does it normally take for a royal to shed, Tilly has been in her cool hide a week now. This morning i sat looking at her for half an hour and she was going round and round. It was like the magic rounderbout lol, i kept on seeing her head go past the entrance.

If it's dry,try soaking it before unrolling it first

Ok i will take a look
hodgie Posted - 21/08/2009 : 20:12:52
Probably not, you might find the shed in a tight ball.
Remmy Posted - 21/08/2009 : 20:09:26
I know she is shedding in her hide i could hear her rubbing herself on the substrate. Wouldnt she come out now if she had shed?
Blackecho Posted - 21/08/2009 : 18:50:55
As above.
wolfspirit Posted - 21/08/2009 : 18:13:26
Agree with Lee, it is highly possible she has now shed and her skin is off or almost all off..

the roundabout bit was probably her taking her shed off..
lee2308 Posted - 21/08/2009 : 18:01:18
i would lift the hide and have a look because mine always sheds in the hide and that is a classic sign of shedding
