my baby royal has come out of one of her hides to shed and im stood watching her :)

See, my royals the active one, he's always out and about or having a snooze in plain view, whilst my corn would never sleep out in the open, she's always either under the substrate or in a hide.

It is for a Royal- they are normally shy things who do everything in secret

Never caught my hoggy or rainbow boa doing it either - corns and kings rule

I didn't know shedding was such a rare thing to see. My old king snake used to just run up and down the viv in plain view doing it, guess i took that for granted as i rarely watched thinking it was natural to see all the time

I've only ever caught my corn just finishing once, she was just pulling the last bit off of her tail before going back into her hide...

awesome isnt it? I never seen my royal shed, but have caught my corn in the act a couple of times.
