what watt ceranic heat lamp am i going to need for my 3ft viv there will be a royal in it when hes old enough???

I use 250w in mine. Same price as 150w but works less harder...

bigger the better, if used with the right stat the higer power ones are on for less time. 150w+ is what I would recommend
