can anyone help just about to put my royal in new viv just need to know which is the best way to heat the viv,so many people i ask say different things i was going for a pulse proportional day and night thermostat with a ceramic bulb guard,then some say just a heat mat will do please help the viv is going to be on show to look good |

As Piers says no need to drop temps at night...
some breeders do in the breeding season but thats it...

I wouldn't use a mat in a viv, either a ceramic or an IR bulb. I also don't bother with night drops in temp, so I wouldn't pay the extra for a day/night stat. |
