Do you use one ceramic or infra red bulb through the day and night or bulb through the day and just a heat mat at night.
Please any imformation will help.
Cheers

I think you'll find most people on here use one or a ceramic in that way. |

Posted - 17/11/2009 : 22:39:48 Hi there, i'm new to this and by far no expert but this is my set up. I just use a ceramic bulb. Used to use a heat mat under the warm hide (heard bad things about using these with heavier snakes so took it away. ceramic on pulse stat run 24hrs. I have a night time drop of 5degrees only because when i bought the stat it was the same price as the on without the night drop.
My mate uses a habistat reptile radiator for his in a 3ft viv and swears by it. both set ups are only lit with natural light.
