Right got my three foot viv.
150 w ceramic with hotspot 93 odd.12 inches in from left wall.
Cant get cool end above 77(was ok with heating on!)
Could i put a heatmat at cold end on
pulse stat set at just over 80
And is it ok if its got the water bowl on the heatmat
and cool end hide.
Room temp last night next to viv was 66.
Shop opens soon!

humidity is 52-54%
Its in the middle at the mo so warmer than the mat.
Will move it to cool end.

and increased humidity for a prolonged period can lead to RI's and other diseases.........!

It will ramp the humidity up considerably if you do.

They expect it to get cooler in winter, I wouldn't bother personally.
