Is it normal for my Royals head to shake as if it's trying hard to keep its head up? even when it's still?

i know alot of rear fanged snakes do this whilst moving towards prey to judge how far it is away by using both eyes.

Or on the flip side it could be some sort of neurological disorder, such as the ones Spider morphs suffer from.

ye mine does this i think it is to do with stereo vision but dont quote me on this.
