what kind of ceramic heat lamp would u say i should get... i no a 100W in a 3ft viv

and also can anyone tell me where i can get them really cheap...

and the guard really cheap...

The larger wattage you buy, the less work it will have to do so in theory, the longer it will last. I don't use ceramics myself, but I think 150 and 250W are common.

For the guards, have a look in the Herp Equipment section in the Classifieds on here, Reptiles-Ink (Dave) on here makes them himself at a good price.
