Posted - 03/04/2010 : 23:26:39 i had 1 of my royals out 2day, everything was fine she was acting as normal but as sh was wrapping around my arm i noticed some scales seemed to be sticking out kind of? its hard to explain they were almost ruffled or creased? is this a symptom of scale rot??

Posted - 05/04/2010 : 01:10:44 would need to see a pic to be honest. but what you will notice with most royals is when they coil around your hand/wrist they push their belly flat against you. this causes the skin to appear loser on the side and the then the shape of the coil causes the scale on the lower side to stick out slightly.. it think it could more than likely be this that you seen.
