Hi there

I was looking at buying Heffa new hides, but prices are quite high. I know somewhere on this site, is a How to, which explains how to make your own with clay or something, but i cant find it.

Anyone got any advice, as Im thinking of getting creative lol

it would cost more to post and insure against breakage than to buy

I had a go at making hides with sour dough and they took an an absolute eternity to cook, your looking at a good 8-10 hours. The easier option is to go to Tesco or Asda and buy some bowls (you`ll get them for £1-2 each. Get a tile cutter from B&Q and some brown spray paint from Halfords or you can leave them in their original funky yellow or blue colours.

i found these to be much more practical (easy to clean) and just as rewarding with a lot less fuss.
