Just bought a 3foot Vivarian, but it has a Mesh-sliding roof.

Can this be used to keep a python in?

Yes, the heat and humidity may be an issue. Also, as its glass you'd want to cover 3 of the sides to make it not so open. Personally, I'd stick to wood if you can.

depends how u heat, if u use lamp, it might not work, don't know, someone on here has prob used one so will give u there advice

Yeah it's all clear glass round it with a mesh sliding roof on top.

Been told it's been used to contain a tortoise and a lizard before, but not sure - with the mesh wont the heat escape etc?
