good morning people.

can anyone help i have just got my first royal the problem im having is that i cannot get the viv hot enough .i have a heat mat with a thermostat but it gets no hotter than about 76f .i have turned thermostat on full and have thinned the sub .how long should it take to heat up? also the humidity is to high what can i do to get this down.

i would be most grateful if someone could help

have no clue on the heat side, where are u measuring your temps from?? how are u measuring them??
on the humidity side, where is your water bowl placed, how big is the viv?? whats the room like that your setup is in??
