I have had my Royal for about 3 months and he has somehow got mites. Having done some research i am going to bathe him to drown the mites and treat the viv with Ardap spray.
My question is....
How do i go about bathing him? Is it best to use a rub or the bath? Would a water temperature of about 32C be ok? How long does he need to stay in the water?
Thanks for you help

I have used a washing up bowl in the past, so I'd go with the RUB from those options.

32C is perfect for the water temp, personally, I'd add a few drops of olive oil too to help suffocate the mites. Somewhere around 20 mins should be fine.

I know this is predominantly about Frontline, but there is a bit on bathing in here: http://www.theroyalpython.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1320
