Posted - 06/05/2011 : 19:49:54 I am not bragging but Zuri had his 2nd weaner tonight, had him 4 weeks and he has fed every five days no problem. Also have now put him in a 3' viv no problem at all, he loves exploring and I can get him out easier. All his shed is now off at last. The only problem I am having is with my corn he/she refuses to eat, right pain the the ...So I am sorry for all those who are refusing to eat. (My time will come I expect)? Must remember to get out scales forgot to weight him |

Posted - 06/05/2011 : 19:56:50 Hi - that's great and congRATS again Zuri!
Sorry I forget how old your corn is, but if he/she is mature, then it's normal at this time of year - all my big ones (all girls) have been total pains in the whatsits, roaming, fasting ... at present, Saffy, the eldest, who is three and just the right age and size for mating, is totally lovesick, wants a husband, won't eat, won't keep still ... the only way I can pacify her is to let her out for garden walkies or roost in my top ... I can't let her breed, alas, I have to think of the consequences ...what a pity I can't let her sow her wild oats and then arrange for a crop failure! |
