Im gonna put a log on the left side, and i have a hammock that i used for my bearded, was thinking i could drape it over the lower part of the log, to act as another hide? Good or bad idea?

I would put it away from the log.

I'd personally have the climbing branch/log in the cool end so that it can't interfere with the bulb guard or present an invitation to climb on that. Make sure the log can't be tipped over; secure it to the wall of the viv if needs be (I find screw eyes from B&Q are brilliant; just fix them and attach log with thick string or cable ties.) And make sure there's room for the hides (I made a mistake with Surahi's viv - couldn't lift her hide off her lol because of her branch wedging it ...she wasn't amused.)

Love the log by the way, let us know how setup goes on.
