Posted - 19/11/2011 : 21:26:52 Is Coconut Bark any good? Has anyone used this? Just that i'm looking at changing from aspen to it just wanted to see if any of you guys use it, as i find feeding Archie on aspen he has eaten some when it has stuck to the prey that was eating |

I bet they sell it cheaper in bigger bags to,but don't list it. |

Soaks up mess really well, looks surprisingly natural to me, doesn't seem to travel the house like aspen via your socks and doesn't stick to the food either, unless Mr Rat is very wet. |

The coco bark comes in tiny bags,takes more to fill a viv,does not soak up poo or mess.Water/p*** will just go through onto the viv floor,It's not that great for helping him move around either.Theres better stuff to use.
you can always keep aspen,and feed him outside his viv.or put something down while he eats. |
