as the title suggests, just wondering what would be the best stat for running a heat cable in the stack im building. just a normal mat stat or something more specialist? first rack build so kinda learning as i go here!

yes you can transfer the mat stat to the rack cabling. So long as the wattage of the mat stat is ok for the wattage of the heat cable (which it normally is)

ok, so i can just transfer one of the mat stats from the old rubs to the stack then?

I use pulse for my heat cable too

Pulse stat ;) or dimming I use pulse tho
