My order from surrey pet supplies was 2 days late and looked like it had been kicked all the way here. They used citylink which are so bad and been in Northern Ireland I had to pay £12 for delivery (companies like to rob us poor Ireland folk). Still turned out cheaper than anywhere else though and to their credit they refunded me the delivery cost. It wasn't their fault it went missing and was mishandled and the customer service was rapid.

However, if you buy, check your order straight away on arrival, as anything damaged has to be notified within 7 days - had an irritating experience with that today. However, this is the first time it's happened to me and otherwise have had total satisfaction with them. My bad for not realising terms and conditions. Despite this I can recommend them.

Other people swear by ebay.

Hope this helps.

helps to email them and ask about stock,as they never had 10 plants out of 20 i ordered.Got alittle note in with the packing saying "out of stock, you have been refunded for x"

More so,if you're buying the sticky in ones, rather then the sucker types.

Thanks both I'll have a look. I also seen in one viv someone used 2/3 aspen and the last third looking like orchard bark. Looked pretty cool. Is it ok to use two different substrates?
